Ministry: Juan is a gifted evangelist and has led several Muslims as well as people from other ethnic groups to the Lord. He also has a heart for helping poor families materially. He brings food to them and has just gotten started in helping two of the poorer families setting up a small lemon grass farm which we hope will provide for their financial needs.

When he ministers he typically takes a couple of new believers along with him.

Prayer Needs: As with all evangelists pray Ephesians 6:19 – that whenever he opens his mouth, words may be given to him so that he will fearlessly make known the mystery of the Gospel. The Islamic authorities have been searching for Juan recently and a couple of inaccurate articles have come out in the paper regarding him mostly for the purpose of inflaming Muslims.

Juan just recently got married. In addition to all the stress a newly married person has, Juan's marriage is not recognized by the government and they have to hide it.

Financial Needs: Juan does ministry about half-time now. We would like to see him eventually be able to open up his own restaurant with a ministry focus.

For now we'd like to see him get a salary of $250 a month and have access to $400 a month for ministry expenses.
